  • Profile information: Business name, address, phone number, and tax details you add to your settings
  • Business data: Invoices, client information, time entries, and expense records you create
  • Payment information: When you connect Stripe, we store your Stripe account ID. We never store credit card numbers or bank account details
  • Usage data: We automatically collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the Service

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process invoices, track time, and manage your business data
  • Facilitate online payments through our integration with Stripe
  • Send transactional emails (invoice delivery, payment notifications)

  • With Stripe:When you connect your Stripe account, relevant data is shared with Stripe to process payments. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • With your clients: Invoice details (your business name, address, and invoice data) are shared when you send invoices to clients.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services (hosting, email delivery, database) to operate the Service. These providers only access data necessary to perform their functions.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you request account deletion:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated and you are signed out
  • You have a 30-day grace period to reactivate your account using a link sent to your email
  • After 30 days, all your data — including invoices, clients, time entries, and expenses — is permanently and irreversibly deleted
  • We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance)

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how our app is used.
