1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FreelanceFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

FreelanceFlow is a software-as-a-service platform that helps freelancers and independent contractors manage invoicing, time tracking, client management, expense tracking, and tax summaries. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Billing

FreelanceFlow offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Payment Processing

FreelanceFlow integrates with Stripe to enable online invoice payments. When you connect a Stripe account, you enter into a direct agreement with Stripe. FreelanceFlow does not process, store, or have access to your clients' payment card details. Stripe's services are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service, including invoices, client information, and expense records. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to send spam, fraudulent invoices, or misleading communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Tax and Financial Disclaimer

The tax summaries and estimates provided by FreelanceFlow are for informational purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your tax obligations and should consult a qualified tax professional for accurate filing and compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreelanceFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. When you request deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and you will be signed out. You have a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate your account using the link sent to your registered email address. After 30 days, your account and all associated data — including invoices, clients, time entries, and expenses — will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
