Group hours by task category
One line per category (inbox, scheduling, research) with weekly hours reads far better than 40 tiny entries, and far more credibly than one line that just says '30 hours'.
Sell hour packages upfront
Invoice a block of 10, 20, or 40 hours at the start of the month at a small per-hour discount. Predictable revenue for you, a predictable bill for the client.
